I've seen this done with Star Trek characters and the cast of Star Trek, and so...

What if the universe switched John Constantine and Sting?

Alternatively, John Constantine and Keanu Reeves, with the possibly of John just appearing in Keanu's trailer, starting a fight between The ppl in Charge over whether they should find KR or go with This Guy.
